Bestuur en beloningsbeleid

Het NHC heeft één bestuur, in handen van directeur-bestuurder (J0eri Buhrer Tavanier per oktober 2024). Het NHC heeft daarnaast een Raad van Toezicht en een Comité.

Bij de bepaling van het bezoldigingsbeleid en de vaststelling van de beloning gebruikt het NHC salarisschalen waarbij per functie een bandbreedte is vastgesteld.

De Raad van Toezicht en het Comité zijn onbezoldigd.
