Catharina (Kitty) Anna Nooy
Kitty Nooy is a consultant, coach for personal development and trainer integrity at Nooy Coaching & Consultancy. Currently, she is a member of the Supervisory Board at the Hague University of Applied Sciences and was previously a Member of the Board of the House of Whistleblowers.
She has gained years of experience as a public prosecutor and has previously held the position of a deputy-chief district prosecutor in the cities of Alkmaar and the Hague.
Kitty Nooy has gained experiences in the field of integrity of public prosecution, as she has previously worked as a Chair of the Bureau Integrity and as the National Programme Manager Integrity, both within the Public Prosecution Service. She also participated in various integrity trainings internationally.
Having been a public prosecutor for 37 years she knows from experience what it means when human rights are violated or not respected. That experience makes that she loves to join the Committee and fight for human rights in another way.
Kitty Nooy holds a master’s degree, with a specialization in private and criminal law from Erasmus University
