Céline Guyénot

Céline Guyénot joined the Rights-Based Justice team at the Netherlands Helsinki Committee in September 2024 as a Program Officer. She holds a Master’s degree in Criminology from Brussels University (ULB) and brings extensive experience in working with juvenile judges and young offenders and their families. Her expertise extends to scientific research and project management within both local and international organizations, with a focus on strengthening system and vulnerable communities, advancing human rights, gender equality, and (climate) justice.
