Ken je recht(en) – 175 jaar grondwet
This project aims to increase awareness of the fundamental rights laid out in the Dutch Constitution by hosting a public exhibition of posters representing different articles in the Constitution in collaboration with the Nieuwe Bossche School design collective.
Our aim
“Ken je recht(en) – 175jr Grondwet” (“Know your right(s) – 175 years of the Constitution“) aims to achieve its objectives by:
- Promoting active citizen participation by encouraging citizens’ engagement protecting the rule of law in The Netherlands.
- Raising awareness through the creation of accessible and public exhibitions focused on the connection between constitutional rights and the rule of law.
- Initiating public discussion about constitutional rights, democratic institutions and the rule of law.
- Encouraging communities and residents to stand up for constitutional rights and democracy.
