Mladen Mladenov

Mladen started working as a programme manager for NHC in June of 2024. He is a specialist in international cooperation with a focus on security and rule of law. Mladen obtained his PhD in International Relations at the University of Passau, where he also completed his Master’s degree in International Economics and Business. Before joining NHC, he was a policy advisor for the European External Action Service, the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs & Bulgarian Ministry of Defence.
