Joe Ward

Joe Ward joined the Netherlands Helsinki Committee as a Client Relations Management intern in September 2022. He holds a degree in International Studies from the University of Leiden, where he specialized in the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. Before starting with NHC, Joe completed a communications traineeship in Brussels with the European Commission’s Department for Humanitarian Aid and Civil Protection (ECHO). He has also written for the JASON Institute for Peace and Security and completed an academic consultancy report for the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
