Leo Tigges

Senior Expert

Leo Tigges has worked at the Ministry of Justice in The Netherlands for many years. During his long career he worked as the operational director of the Dutch Probation Service, as the Secretary General of the Confederation of European Probation Organisations and as liaison officer of the Dutch Ministry of Justice to the Dutch Caribbean.

As an independent Community Based Justice Advisor, he is currently involved in various international projects that aim to enable the establishment or improvement of probation organisations.
