Marcela has experience as a Communications and Marketing Manager at various international non-profits and socially responsible organizations, where she has led online content development, impact measurement and sustainability communications projects.

Marcela has a BA in History and English from the Universities of Leiden and Amsterdam, and an MA in Publishing from University College London, as well as an MA in European Identity and Integration from the University of Amsterdam. Her academic research focused on issues of heritage and memory in the Western Balkans. She is fluent in English, Dutch and Croatian.
